Welcome to the new technology reporting "pilot" page. This year, we are trying to streamline the error reporting process. These are Google Forms so you just use your normal West Geauga Email username and password to fill out this form.
Reporting is broken into two categories.
1) Hardware and Software Problem Reports:
These forms are building specific and send an email to your building AV/Tech, Ed, Don and Sean with your issue. This is a replacement for the previous method of trouble reporting.
2) Help with Instructional Lesson:
These forms are building specific and send an email to your building Instructional Tech and Sean with your issue. This is new. It is specifically for questions and needs relating to instructional planning related to technology.
The goal of this pilot is to try and provide help and guidance for supplemental holders, Ed, Don and Sean, while saving time on the reporting process. There will likely be slight tweaks to it throughout the year. Feedback is welcome.
