He shoots...He scores

With seven returning seniors and a week of Hell already passed, the boys varsity
basketball team is mentally and physically preparing itself for December 6th.
Its the night of their first game against Mayfield, here in the Wolverine
Den. Mr. Chad Frazier has been a coach for eleven years and a varsity coach
for six years. After a record of 16-6 last season, Coach Frazier plans on leading
his team to winning the CVC and advancing as far as possible in the tournament
at the end of the season. This is the most excited Ive ever been
about the potential of my players, comments Coach Frazier. The biggest
competition this year will be against Orange and Perry. I hope to have
a great season because we have great experience back; but we have to get over
some injury problems first, says Coach Frazier on his outlook for the
The JV boys basketball team looks to go undefeated again this year, as they ended with a record of 20-0 last season. Although losing some players to the varsity team, there are high expectations with the current sophomores on the team. With a main goal set of winning the CVC, Coach Vosicky wants to recreate the magic from last year. With December 6th right around the corner, much hard work will be put into upcoming practices in order to defeat the Mayfield Wildcats.
Coach Gordon Petronsky will be entering his sixth year in the boys basketball program as the freshman coach. With a record of 10-12 last season, he hopes to get better and improve the skills of the fresh, new faces on his roster. I think all of my players will be giving a solid contribution this season, comments Coach Petronsky. A personal goal of mine is to beat Orange this season. Its already highlighted on my calendar, said Coach Petronsky on the main goals of the season.
