Wolverine Spirit Bonfire

This year the West Geauga Wolverines kicked off their football season with the 1st annual Spirit Bonfire. The football cheerleaders organized the event in order to get everyone excited for the football team's opening game against NDCL at home. The marching band played everyone's favorite school tunes and the cheerleaders didnt hesitate to show off their moves. The fire department was on hand to assist on controlling the massive blaze. Smores were provided for anyone who was daring enough to get close to the fire. Principal Joe Mueller had a few words to say about respect, followed by inspirational speeches by Billy Sonnie, Kevin Gniazdowski, and "Nasty" Nate Poucher. Everyone was pumped for another successful Wolverine season.
