In Foods and Nutritions class, West Geauga students learn some culinary skills in the kitchen as they prepare delicious meals. On days that aren't spent cooking, students learn about nutrition. They also learn recipes for the food they will be cooking later on in the week. The day these pictures were taken, the category of food happened to be salads. The students all created their own kinds of salad and then shared them with the class. On November 9th, the class will travel to the West Side Market to learn about different cultures and foods.
