On Sunday, November nineteenth, the West Geauga ultimate frisbee team hosted a Turkey Tournament on the soccer fields outside of the school. Instead of the 5 teams that were supposed to compete in the Turkey Tournament, only the Shaker Heights and the Aurora teams came to play. Before and between the games, the teams warmed up and ate turkey and other foods in the Patrick Brady Memorial Pavilion. The tournament started around 12:00 and went untill around 2:00. By this time the Entire team was cold and nobody complained about the games finally being over. In the first round, the West Geauga A played the B team and won with a score of 10-3. The shaker Heights team lost to Aurora with a score of 10-3 as well. In the championship game, the West Geauga A team was beating the Aurora team 6-1. About 30 minutes later the score was tied 9-9 and both teams were playing to win. The rules said that the winning team had to win by two so the game didn't end untill the West Geauga A team lead 11-9.
