The West Geauga Latin Club team traveled to Columbus this weekend on March 7, 8, and 9. The West G participants did extremely well, earning a per capita score of 27 points. But this was not enough to beat the lone senior from Hawken, who won per capita. All 25 of West G's participants got awards (earned by getting from 1st to 10th best score on any of the 9 tests including roman life, reading comprehension, derivatives, and many others), with Jacob Gelman, David Moskowitz, and Terry Check getting the three highest scores from west Geauga. West G also got 4th place in the total score, making them one of the only schools to place in both per capita and the cumulative score. For more information and pictures from Latin Club, click here.
