On September 22, Mr.Sustin's senior environmental science class on a field trip. With help from a former West Geauga calculus teacher the students went to pine lake trout club and learned fly fishing. Afterwards, the class went to The West Geauga Commons where they did stream quality monitoring in the stream. Many Students caught crayfish and other insects. Greg Koller said "It was a fishy day, and i was hoping to catch some fish, but i got a lot of algae and tadpoles."
