The West Geauga Junior Varsity Football Team took on Kenston this Saturday, at Kenston. The game started off slow, with each team only scoring one touchdown by the half. After half time the Wolverines came out strong to score another touchdown to bring the score to 12-6. With only 2:00 left in the 3rd quarter the Bombers scored a quick touchdown to tie up the game 12-12 and then scored a two point conversion to gain a lead of 2. During the 4th quarter, the Wolverines' defense was able to hold off the Bombers, resulting in a punt by Kenston. West Geauga successfully drove down the field and was eventually able to score another touchdown with only minutes left in the 4th quarter. The Wolverines then proceeded to score a two point conversion, making the score 14-20 West Geauga. The Bombers final possession was unsuccessful against West Geauga's defense, ending the game with a West G win of 12-20.
