The West Geauga Wolverines Varsity Boys Basketball Team took on the Kenston Bombers on January 6, 2015. The game stayed consistently competitive between the two teams for the majority of the first quarter, but once the Bombers got started, they could not be stopped. For every missed three point attempt by the Wolverines, it seemed as if Kenston had scored two. Kenston guard, C.J. Maynard had an exceptional game scoring 16 points, 4 of which were three pointers followed by multiple assists. Chris Zannetti of West Geauga, standing at a towering 6'3 had four rebounds, followed by 3 lay ups just in the first half. The Wolverines hustle could not match the Bombers scoring. The boys fought a tough game, but ended up falling to the Bombers in a 74-31 upsetting loss. Best of luck guys on the rest of your season!
