Cleveland Magazine recently named West Geauga School District as one of the top 15 districts in Northeast Ohio. West Geauga is honored to be included in Cleveland Magazine’s Top 15 School Districts. We are ranked 11th, a marked improvement from 2016 when we ranked 27th according to the publication. [...click for more]

West Geauga High School was added to the Washington Post’s prestigious list of America’s Most Challenging High Schools for 2017. We are proud of this honor and believe this to be the first time that West G has qualified. We appreciate all staff who are involved in updating our course programming. We continue to strive to improve the quality of the opportunities that we provide our students.

Kindergarten screening is a process used to help gather important information about incoming Kindergarten students. This information is used in a variety of ways, but most importantly, to help determine the skills children have when entering school. The most-appropriate class placements can be made once this information has been collected and analyzed by the district staff.
