Lindsey First Graders Experience STEM

First grade students at Lindsey Elementary have been working on STEM skills that will help them throughout their West Geauga education.

The students were given time to explore some of the different STEM materials they used this year in a station format.

Said instructor Sandy Razzante, “Students were able to choose from five activities that we did over the year. These students are using Keva Planks to build a tower. They worked together cooperatively using their knowledge of balance, design, and gravity. The other activities going on in the room were Legos, Picasso Tiles, Coding, and Dash the Robot.”
