The Franklin B. Walter All-Scholastic Award was created in 1990 by the Ohio Educational Service Center Association (OESCA) to honor Franklin B. Walter, a past Ohio Superintendent of Public Instruction and to recognize one top student scholar from each county in Ohio. West Geauga High School is proud to announce that Lydia Hanna, class of 2023 is the Geauga County recipient of the Franklin B. Walter Award! Lydia and her family will attend a special recognition luncheon where award recipients from each county will be recognized by their peers and state education leaders.
