To Parents of incoming 7th grade students for the 2022-23 school year:

Any student entering 7th grade is required to receive a vaccination for the Meningococcal virus and a dose of Tdap. These vaccinations are normally administered on or after their 10th birthday, prior to their entrance into 7th grade. Documentation of these vaccinations must be received no later than Monday, September 12, 2022. 

Please be aware that if we have not received official vaccination documentation, your child will be excluded from school on Tuesday, September 13, 2022, until we receive the appropriate documentation.

*Exceptions are limited to students whose parents submit waivers citing matters of conscience/religious or medical reasons (documented by their healthcare provider).
