West Geauga 8th grade students spent time envisioning their futures during College & Career Week. There were special events such as spirit days, videos, and trivia contests, as well as a full day of presentations. College and Career Day featured keynote speaker, West Geauga High School Graduate, Michael Archiable, who spoke about his path and encouraging students to pursue their interests. Over twenty Professionals filled classrooms to talk about their careers in an interactive small group setting, and High School students form Excel TECC gave presentations on their programs. Our 8th graders were engaged and had a great day learning about so many different paths their lives could possibly take. Special thank you to the presenters who took time away from work to share with our students.
