Pending Litigation: Confer with the Board’s legal counsel concerning disputes involving the Board that are the subject of pending or imminent court action.
Security Arrangements: Discuss details relative to the security arrangements and emergency response protocols for the Board where disclosure of the matters. discussed could reasonably be expected to jeopardize the security of the Board and its facilities.
